Company History
The company was incorporated in 1997 in the name & style as
Shakti Projects ,NOW in the year 2011 brought about a change and the
company has been registered with the Registrar of Companies, under
Companies Act 1956, as Shakti Greens Projects Pvt Ltd. The company
started with a modest business of Rs. 8 Lacs in the year 1999-2000
and has achieved a turnover of Rs. 1020 Lacs in the Financial Yr.
2002-2003, i.e. the turnover is recording an exponential growth,
almost doubling the turnover every year. This has been made possible
by the enormous confidence we enjoy from our esteemed clients. The
company has plans to achieve a turnover of Rs.10 Crore for which the
company is having firm work orders in hand.
